At Iron Giants Draft Horse Rescue, every volunteer plays a part in changing lives, both human and equine. Whether your passion is horses, construction, gardening, mentoring, administration, worship, or simply serving wherever you're needed, there's a place for you on our team.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Coordinator
Help organize volunteers, schedules, communication, and special projects.

Property & Landscape Foreman
Lead ranch improvement projects and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Fundraising Committee
Help plan events, build partnerships, write grants, and develop creative fundraising ideas.

Prayer Team
Commit to praying for our ministry, volunteers, families, horses, and our beautiful community.

Program Director
Help develop and oversee our youth and community outreach programs.

Equine Care Team
Assist with horse handling, exercise, groundwork, grooming, enrichment, and of course, love!

Youth Mentors
Share the love of Jesus & build relationships with underserved youth through equine-assisted ministry.

Ranch Labor Team
Stall cleaning, manure pick-up, general cleanup, landscaping, repairs, fencing, maintenance, and improvement projects.

Worship Team
Help lead worship during future ranch gatherings and ministry events.

Community Garden Team
Build and maintain our community garden that will provide fresh fruits and vegetables to local families in need.
